SMART SIEPAN is an Electronic Office Correspondence System which is applied to the Education and Culture Office of the Prov. Southeast Sulawesi. This application has been developed since 2019 and has released version 2.0. This application manages correspondence digitally at the Education & Culture Office of Southeast Sulawesi Province, both incoming and outgoing letters. Every letter that goes to the Education & Culture Office of Southeast Sulawesi province can be disposed of directly through this application by every user registered on the application. Each letter is also digitally archived and can be tracked or tracked either by agencies or outside parties who send letters to the Education & Culture Office of Southeast Sulawesi Province.
