When registering a membership, the "CREATE PASSWORD" field was NOT properly coded as a password field because my Google Keyboard could detect the characters i was typing and it was visible in the text predictions. This is basic IT man.

Edited: finally works now on my new phone without funny prompts e.g., to turn on location, or loading indefinitely. Hence changing the rating. Previously: Stuck permanently on loading screen after changing my phone. No way to get it to work. Must I bring my old phone to donki to collect and use my points? 😅

rather satisfactory... cashiers are good. The same applies at self check out personnel. The Downside is almost never awe a staff on the shop floor to help us navigate the lanes.
