Be aware!! I ordered food on 26.01.26 and it was cancelled from their end. I called them to process the refund of that order, but shockingly they said it cannot be refunded or added to the application's wallet account. Instead they offered a replacement order that can be availed anytime from anywhere inside the state but it should be used within a 6 month period. I wished to use it on 26.02.25 but after having worst experience, I cut the customer care call without ordering my dinner.

Absolutely terrible experience. The offers and pricing are completely confusing and misleading. I ordered an item that clearly included a free product, but the free item was never delivered. This feels like a scam. The delivery person told me to accept the order and promised that customer service would quickly resolve the issue and send the missing item. That was a lie. When I contacted customer support, they didn’t even properly respond they simply ended the chat without any solution.

The delivery boy has not been timely in his deliveries, yet the food has been updated three times. This is a recurring issue I have encountered, and I am considering uninstalling the app. Even the customer care team and restaurant team also not responding on time
