The WORST App I've ever seen. Not only are the people here INCOMPETENT, the company is a whole scam business who STEAL MONEY from customers and provide the WORST SERVICE imaginable. I ordered a wrong item accidentally and as soon I saw that I tried to cancel it (within 10 secs of placing the order). The app doesn't load the page from where you can cancel but is able to load all other pages. Then it manages to load after 1-1.5 minutes and just claims that you're late so we can't refund you.

This app has reached the peak of incompetence! The payment page always gets stuck, the driver's location on the map is inconsistent, there's no way for me to connect with the driver, and they're taking my food back! The support staff are the most unhelpful I've ever encountered. Zomato’s service is far superior—I’m uninstalling this worthless app right now!" Just wasting my time and appetite at 1 in the night.
