I had a very bad experience with this app. Every time you order, of 10, your 8 orders will be late. they will take around 2 hours to deliver you the order. In every 10 orders, 4 orders have an issue of either order having missing items, or they send the wrong order. 2 times, the delivery guy didn't come only and I was waiting for the last 4 hours. This food app really needs to be considered on the service provided by them. I think better apps are available. use zomato or eat sure.

The food is if good quality here , but the application is a bit laggy and so many bugs are there. sometimes it's maps UI gets stuck or sometimes the main screen gets stuck or start juggling out of nowhere while scrolling. But the biggest issue I just saw is I placed an order and paid for it, I again Open the app it stated they are close but asked to me pick a different time slot and took 2 to 2:30 but after entering in the app , I still see the same arrival time 😂.

I had a very disappointing experience with this app. I ordered something, but the delivery time kept increasing beyond what was originally shown. I decided to cancel my order, but to make matters worse, I wasn't refunded the money. The lack of proper customer service and the failure to process the refund makes me hesitant to use this app again in the future. Very frustrating experience.
