Really great! Completely recommend to anyone looking to get in shape. Love how you can choose from different plans and how easy it is to use. Only thing is I wish that it had the option for rest days, I was told not to jump right into working out everyday and ease into it and letting you choose to have rest days would be nice. Other than that I love this app, I just downloaded it this month and it's already working for me much better than apps I've tried previously. If you have problems remembering to workout or just can't figure out where to start download this ASAP. Its made working out a part of my routine and turned it almost into a game. I'd rate it higher if I could.
I've been using this app for just over three weeks and even though I've only lost about two pounds I've stared to tone up and can definitely see a difference. This app is good for getting lean and toned and has great diversity in it's workouts, I hope to keep seeing results and will update at the end of my program!
Great app, lost 10 pounds in 30 days using the 90 day program. I use it every morning and try to eat healthy throughout my day. Hoping to lose 30 pounds in 90 days so it's been accurate so far. Can't wait to try the other programs. Currently half way through my weight lost goal and it's only day 48 😁
Its a great app but I think one update it should make let me be able to go back and look at all my workout days it only lets you do the day of and the day before but other then that it's great I lost 13 pounds so far!
It's good. But I want to highlight that there is no option to pause the days. There should be a option to hold it so that we do not skip any day's exercise if we can't do that day for some reason. I hope they would fix this.
It's nice and I didn't really expect that the exercises will really make me work hard because it looks easy. But like what others want I wish I could pause my program.
