I cannot get into my account in the app. Every time I try to login I just get an error screen that says network can't be found. it's been 2 days now and I deleted and re downloaded and it's still doing it. Granted if I want to make a change they're going to make me call in anyway so what's the point? Also myqq is a terrible app name.

the wash didn't do a good job of cleaning my back window and bed cover. the blowers that dry your car are so strong it almost ripped off my wippers. Also I feel like I was lied to about the membership pricing. I was told it is 23.99 today and 23.99 every month after, but on the app it shows it will renew at 39.99 a month. and finally they told me I can cancel any time without a penalty or fee but on the email I received it says ther is a 5 dollar cancelation fee. I would like some clarification.

Difficult to access account to cancel membership. Even went to the store location i opened membership with and they could not help me there either! VERY disappointed in the process. Will never do a membership with this company again!!!
