it's ok. I still have bugs, and the drying process doesn't dry that well. One time, I had to wash it 4 times in a row. First, I had to get out, take the bird poop off, and then run it again, adding up to four times the first three times did nothing. The one in Downtown Sacramento is the worst. It's always knocking my side mirror off focus, so I have to open the window or stop and fix it. Downtown Sacramento always has problems. it's hit or mis if it's open. I have a four-door car.

It says "Action Required" when there is nothing that needs to be done. Strange, quirky, bad UX. When I go to the wash it tells me my vehicles are verified. Your answer is non-responsive. Dad support is worse than a bad app The response from the developer did not address the problem. Once again when I go to the car wash it says my vehicles are verified but the app says they are not. Seriously disorganized.

I signed up a couple of days ago and was told that I can cancel at any time either by coming into the location or by using the app. I was told to cancel prior to the renewal day to avoid being charged. Drove my SUV through the wash twice and it did not get cleaned. Went inside to speak to someone about canceling my subscription and I was told that there would be a fee to cancel. I was absolutely flabbergasted to find out that I have to pay a fee to cancel my subscription. Unbelievable! 🥴
