What if I slip? A streak might reset. Your work does not. Your Growth Score and your Proofs timeline hold everything you have built. A bad day shifts the trend. The proof you have stacked stays, and so does the person you are becoming.

Is my progress private? Yes. Your Proofs, your streak, and your Growth Score are private by default. The community is opt in only. You decide what stays yours.

Do I have to quit everything at once? No. Start with one. Add more when you are ready, up to 10.
