Im a business owner, would love to have the ability to Pause your business in the App. Features that you are able to turn it off or on, because I have food truck or catering events and sometimes I forget to Pause our tablet.

Have uninstalled a lot of times, run updates, cleared cache and still often run into a blank page when you try to open the app it just hangs. Not reliable when trying to monitor business remotely. Doordash please listen to what other users are saying and do better to create a great experience please!

They don't provide options to regulate the amount of orders you accept per hour or any other amount of time so you can get 20 all at once and it screws your kitchen over. Drivers also arrive for orders literally minutes after there are ordered and harass our staff why they aren't ready yet even though it clearly says the pick up time isn't for another 15/20 minutes. It's clear doordash puts little forethought into the real logistics of how restaurants operate and how to have clear communication.
