Great source of revenue when it works, but in its current state, it has become super buggy and desperately needs to be fixed! I keep missing orders from not being notified of them on time, I keep getting frozen in place on certain screens, and very often I have to either uninstall and reinstall the app or restart my phone. I would love this app if it would just function the way it's supposed to, because when it works, it's wonderful. Seriously, I hope this gets fixed soon.

Waste of time! It keeps crashing! Useless app. After finishing a delivery, the app crashes . After wasting my time trying to fix it. Once it's back again, I'm in a different location and it would let me complete the order because I am out of the area when I already delivered the food to the constumer. Also they got rid of the in-app navigation. It's very frustrating using Google maps outside the app.

Love the opportunity door dash provides you with, and being able to do so has certainly helped me out a ton the past couple years with supplemental income. But the app is consistently an absolute pain to use. It is by the far the buggiest app I have ever used. And sometimes it can affect your dash performance as well. It's been this way for a long while now even with repeated updates. Would love to rate higher, but the app can just be frustrating.
