I like the versatility of the app. 2 things. It does not transfer to Google maps well if you choose not to use the in app one. Twice it let me to a different location due to it putting it in wrong in Google maps. 2. I wish the acceptance and decline rate was just a biiiiit less harsh on how much it takes off when declined. I wish there was a way to appeal for some declines and explaining the reasoning why. Like if someone orders stuff for like 10 bucks, gives you a dollar, and the trip is 10mi.

I am unable to schedule dashes because the starting point preference options are in the wrong location for where I'm actually located. I've tried troubleshooting, and customer support was not helpful or addressing my issue and would not transfer me to someone who could help. I understand the various policies and troubleshooting for trying to fix this, but nothing has worked. The starting point preferences are on the opposite side of the state, in the wrong location area.

This app is atrocious. I've been a platinum member for a long time, and now randomly the "earn by time" isn't showing anymore. And no I don't mean when it says that all the slots are filled by other dashers. I'm talking about the option isn't even showing on screen. It automatically goes to just starting the dash and then sends you ranom orders to only be paid per order. Also, the schedule continues to delete itself. I did all the troubleshooting steps 3x and still no resolution.
