Put FAQ card in the home page that describes what each status means in detail. for e.g., I was confused in "ready for shipment" I doubted if it was ready to receive. but after countless yt videos, I came to find there is yet another status 'ready to collect' otherwise, the app is fast. thanks for that..

when we go to the edit option for correction any mistek there is only avaulable download pdf and show appointment date why ? There is mot available correction or edit form . I am unable to correction . And next problem is very short time given to fill up . It is very serious issue . There happened many misteks. Plz upgrate your apps .
