I can no longer recommend this service. Have used it 4 times. 1st-Athens, perfect. pickup/service great. 2nd-Panama City,1 hour late on pickup. 3rd-Zurich,They claim to monitor your flight, they do not. 4 hours late, communicating with driver thru app. He said cancel, I did, no refund. 4th-Amsterdam, plane1 hour late. In passport control line, communicating with driver, arrived at scheduled time, not later as FAQ said. Marked as a no show. Save your money. Call a rideshare. More reliable.

We used Welcome Pickups for multiple trips in Spain and Malta with absolutely no issues. The drivers were always waiting for us. I loved that a driver was assigned to us far in advance (at least 24h), which allowed plenty of time for communication and coordination. My only suggestion would be adding the ability to tip via the app. You have to have cash if you want to tip, which we did not on our arrival from the US

After great experiences with WP I am done with them. I'm a travel agent so they've lost quite a lot of business. Driver no shows. No communication. No easy way for passenger to contact WP for immediate assistance. "It may take 20 minutes to answer your chat." Have to search app for resolution. "Under review." Done with them. Can't leave people waiting in the literal cold like that. App is great for ordering but fails if you have any kind of issue.
