More about the service than the app. They charged me for 4 months of supposed credits, and when I realized that they were still charging me, which was 159.90, I asked for a refund, and they refused and only refunded me 43.00 some odd dollars. if you buy from this brand, I suggest you cancel as soon as you buy. Because they will not refund your money.

no update on purchase for almost a month, had to send a 2nd email because support stopped responding to my first one. eventually got a refund but the 10$ shipping is non refundable so that's great. would not recommend

App keeps stopping. Won't even stay open for a full 60 seconds. As soon as I open the app, it closes. So disappointing because I LOVE their fragrances. Please fix app and I will give a 5 star review. Can't order from the app or get any of the rewards. Installed the app on a different phone and it still keeps closing.
