Ratings and reviews

I think a recent update has done something to the app. Now when I click on a document I get an error message that says "unable to load". So I can no longer see the documents or do any signatures through the app. Hoping the tech team is working on this. Will change my reading back to five stars once this issue is resolved.... Because up until this time, I love the product!

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. Super painful interface on a phone, "open text" fields don't wrap forcing you to contend with a character limit and multiple text fields where one field would do, navigation is one way and very difficult to go backwards to update or correct info, we had history corruption and lost changes on a document. Even our agent said she hates it, but is being forced to use it by her agency. Just all-around terrible experience.

This is a horrible app/site to use. I can't believe the level of difficulty the realtor clients have to go through to sign/retrieve documents. I am exhausted with trying to figure out a work around. VERY frustrated and disappointed user.
