Great app I like this alarm because there is so many options to customize. Also one thing they should do is add a symbol and time for next alarm on lock screen like the default droidrazr alarm has. Just a future update perhaps.
Agreed. I would likely pay again to have it as a daydream option and be able to have Android see this application as my default "alarm" application. "Please add an option to run when phone is connected to USB/charger and allow it to stay on and not have screen turn off. It's a clock, it should at least have the option to continue to display instead of display turn off. I like the clock design. Couldn't care less about waking to songs; can already do that, but beautiful clock so I bought it."
This is a really good alarm in that it is very well layed out. it is appealing to look at and so I actually enjoy using it, lots of choices to wake up to. There is a glitch where the alarm sound you choose and saved is displayed, but a different sound is played when the alarm goes off. When you go back into settings you will find different sound is checked off than the one you selected and saved for some reason. Just recheck the sound you want and make sure you save it and then the correct sound is played, this needs to be corrected. It's well worth the money for all of the options included
Amazing alarm app! This alarm app has served me well on android. It surpasses the default alarm app by several feet. Great alarm app checklist: - Support basic functionality while being unique? Check. - Mechanical/analog clock that can dim and keep the screen on? Check. - You guys did great! One negative, though, is that to kill the alarm, you have to be completely lucid and careful and not have shaky fingers otherwise you'll get notifications instead of turning it off. More difficult for people with physical conditions.
Needs more colors The flip clock needs some additional color options for night time use. White becomes glaringly bright during the night, even when dimmed. Or adding a third clock type, such as the red digital clock (which could also be dimmed), would be a boon to night use. It would be a star changer for me. This has been an issue since 2012. Apparently, however, the developer doesn't seem to think so.
10 STARS! Excellent music alarm. I believe this is by far the best alarm app available, after searching through several others with trial and error. It's great to be able to wake up to my own playlist of songs. (One issue: the playlist is played random, and will repeat songs at times....not a big deal, though. I like to wake up gradually to my own music, and this even allows for setting the volume, and multiple alarms can be set throughout the day or week, giving each their own playlist or alarm.
Needs Tweaking I gave this alarm a shot because it's Marshmallow compatible. It's done it's job; I have not missed a day of work. I am currently experiencing one issue, however. I just went to pick a playlist for a ringtone, and it does not show the playlists currently on my phone. What appears are playlists I had saved when I first got the app. I don't even have those old playlist files on my phone anymore, so I'm not sure why they're even showing up. I'd like to use one of my new playlists, but can't.
New in v1.3.8:
* Support for Android 6 (Marshmallow).
