I love this app. This is my favorite. It doesnt harass you for anything. No log in (except the first time). you can save the sessions you like the most. And go back to it later sometime. The sessions are almost completely customizable. Pro version opens the boost and speaker options among other things. Theres a link to the videos of the classes this app derived from. Over all I have this app 5 stars cuz I have, as of yet, to find a better yoga app. My friend downloaded it as well cuz she "likes the flow" of it. <3
My father passed away recently. I downloaded this while he was in the hospital to give me something that I could go to as an escape. This program has a soft voice, nice music, very good routines and voice descriptions. It helped me find myself when things got hard. It calmed the waves and made me focus on my poses and gain strength both physically and mentally. Thank you for helping me. I appreciate this app every day.
Awesome. I have been out of practice for well over a year. With this app I am now doing a personal 30 day challenge and so far ( day 9) I am still having no trouble committing. From a 12 min quick hip opener to a 60 min advanced working up a sweat. Clear instruction, good flow, well balanced. Highly recommend
Amazing for a beginner like me! I'm too nervous to make a fool of myself in yoga. This has full yoga work outs that you can customize and work into your schedule whenever and wherever you are! The lady's voice is pleasant and I find her much more explicate than yogis in real life. She takes the time to walk you through and I did my first advanced course with the app today! 5/5 definitely awesome app!
Beautiful app! Lets me practice anywhere I am (with internet). It allows you to choose what type of practice you want as well as length of time. Even if you choose the same length and practice every day, the lesson itself changes so you'll never get bored. I love this app and recommend it to anyone who wants a free yoga lesson. If you pay for the app, you get even more benefits. :)
I'm a beginner and the most yoga I've done is a class here or there at various gyms. This app is amazing! It felt like I had an instructor with me reminding me to engage my core or relax my shoulders. The pace was perfect and it easily walks you through the transitions with images of real people doing the poses so you know what you're doing. I'm extremely happy with this app!
