I have tried yoga, I know that it can take time to find the one for you at first. And with a horrible schedule I have been looking for something that allows me to experience it. This app is the first yoga experience I have where I feel aomething good happening. Most apps make you follow a video, and watching the video takes away from your practice and your positions, thia app shows you real quick how to get to the next position so you can get back to your practice, and then it gives you time to explore the position and enjoy it.
So far I have really been enjoying this app. Even just using the free version, my sessions are different every time. Having not done any yoga before, it has been worth watching the instructional YouTube videos. Since updating to Android Nought, the audio no longer flows. The end of every sentence is cut out and I don't know if it's the app or what but it's the only thing not working like it used to.
Great app I've always been a skeptic of yoga. It looks ridiculous and the poses can be sometimes hilarious. However, I've been trying to try new things and this is on my list among them. A co-worker/regular yoga enthusiast recommended this to me and I must say I was not disappointed. Her voice is so calming and relaxing, really helps with your concentration and a release of your self. The physical aspect of it makes you feel great and refreshed you give this an honest try and release your inhibitions you'll love it.
Too perfect First I'll explain why I started yoga. I have been body building for exactly 1 year now. I dropped 60lbs and this past Christmas I was trying to wrap presents with my wife on the floor and I realized I couldn't sit Indian style anymore. It was literally painful.after doing some research apparently loosing mobility is very common. Yoga was highly recommended and this app was the highest recommended thing for yoga. It's been 2 weeks and I can say 2 practices a day is exactly what I needed. Perfect app.
I started yoga a few months ago, in the hope that it would help me with my anxiety. No other app worked as well as this one! I do my work out routine and then do a practice session of 25 to 30 minutes and it sets my day. The voice is calming and relaxing and the music is great. The instructions are easy to follow. I ve only used the free app so far but I'm seriously thinking of seeing what the pay paying app is like! Love it!.
I am a complete yoga novice, unable to bend my left knee more than 90 degrees due to knee surgery. I am able to do this yoga while regaining better use of my knee. I am also not very flexible, and this app is helping...a lot! I have actually recommended this app to several friends, as well. It builds on each pose, and you have 3 types of yoga to choose from. I like the quick flow in the morning, and full practice if I am doing a longer session. I like the fact that I can tell it how long I have to work out, as well. And it's always different!
