Physician-created, this app is designed exclusively for verified healthcare professionals who want meaningful connections with people who truly understand the demands of this industry. From physicians and nurses to pharmacists, therapists, and medical students, every user is authenticated to ensure a trusted, professional community. Build your profile through a fun, medical-themed “History & Physical,” browse colleague charts, request consults with a tap, and connect through direct paging when interest is mutual! No awkward small talk required, thanks to built-in medical icebreakers. With smart filters for occupation, relationship goals, and location, DownToDate+ makes it easier to meet someone who speaks your code, shares your lifestyle, and understands the demands.

To get started, simply complete Steps 1–3 below:
(We promise it's easier and more exciting than hospital credentialing!)

Step 1: Log in to your verified account and complete your History & Physical, followed by your Preferences.

Step 2: Begin viewing users' charts & request any interesting consults by tapping the heart icon.

Step 3: Mutually requested consults will result in an “Accepted Consult”, where you can now page (direct message) each other.

Tip: Don't forget to fill out your questionnaire to help your colleagues get to know you better! You can filter by occupation, relationship seeking, location, and more.

Ratings and reviews

This app is bogus! No matter how many times I adjust the preferences, it says no one is available. Then it keeps giving me the same 6 consults repeatedly. None of them match the preferences to the point that some don't even live in the country. I've declined them & the system just reassigns. Skip this download! It's complete trash!

inactive or info harvesting scam. takes your info and never gets back to you. DO NOT INSTALL. sure all users are verified MDs, but the app developers haven't given us a working project. having verified MDs does nothing to address the fact/claim that our data is harvested. The developers have said my claim is false, but didn't address the fact that you need to give over identifying info about being a physician, and yet still do not have a working product 6+ months later

App targeted for Healthcare workers, missing huge swaths of the allied health professions but has three separate entries applying to MD/DO. I don't think I've ever even met a Genetic Counselor, but they made the list.
