I wish I could give zero starts. My wife dropped her phone on the shuttle, and we let our front desk know. They called the shuttle, and there was no response. I also emailed them the 6th right when it happened with no response until the 12th, saying they didn't find it and hope it showed up. Luckily, my wife went back to the stop an hour later, and the bus pulled up, and she asked if the phone was in the back and it was. Absolutely terrible customer service 6 days? Wow. Won't use this again.

Map does not work, left stranded for a half hour waiting for a shuttle that never showed. Use Uber or Lyft instead.

Not sure if it's the app or the folks that are trying to manage it. Been disappointing
