Unreliable, very glitchy app, even if you schedule rides in advanced they will show up 10-15 mins late. A lot of times when scheduling rides it says no driver available or changes the time drastically sometimes an hour late. Called and they said the app needs to be updated and mine has been even just re installed, same issues and anyone you can get on the phone is very little help, very unreliable for public transportation

Really lethargic w/ the Wheelchair access part of app, as it doesn't work well. Stripe won't take Visa/MC gift card payments via this app, and you have to figure pickup points since it doesn't cover ALL of IF,ID. 1 star performance till you have Downtown's step it up. Used to work correctly. Remove the coding block on GC's Visa/MC.

The drivers are awesome! I love them and think they're really good people. App is glitchy and cancels rides, doesn't update rides, and will tell you that you have a ride when you do not. I love them and think they're awesome, their app is just new
