Requested a ride and app stated driver was 1 min away. Driver passed my location and took off without me. No way to contact driver in the moment. App wouldn't let me cancel ride or modify it. The driver did call me back about 45 minutes and advised there were to requests at the same time which caused an issue. Driver was awesome and very apologetic. Gave me a number to save which will notify drivers directly.

I noticed that people are really races and im not underage and they are really mean and taking forever to wait that's why connector's better if I was you guys, I wouldn't risk it taking the aero

Decent app for its purpose, but recently disappointed in the selling of data to third parties.
