App is easy to use, intuitive. I see patients within 2 different healthcare systems & often move between 2 different offices within each healthcare system; so it is very helpful that I can pick which office phone number I need to show as calling on the patient's end. it's great to have the option to permit the patient to have a one-time text reply within 4 hours of receiving my message.

The ability to make calls from my cellphone using the caller ID from your clinic is great, and the fact that you can save multiple clinics and hospitals is invaluable if you work in more than one setting. Connections are good when it works and problems seem fewer and fewer. Often easier for patients than zoom calls.

Great app 09/09- had to amend my review. This app worked great for a time, but don't know if they changed it or what. Now when I make call, the person on the other side can't hear me. I'm always told that my voice is breaking up. Second, sometimes while I'm in the middle of speaking with someone and another call comes through, instead of going to voice mail the phone will ring.
