DraftTide is a quick-fire pattern recognition game that challenges your observation, memory, and decision-making skills. Each round presents a rotating grid of geometric symbols, each with unique visual properties. Your task is simple: memorize a hidden rule, then select exactly three symbols that match it before time runs out.

Gameplay is designed for rapid, satisfying mental sprints. A round begins with a brief rule display — you have a few seconds to memorize the selection criterion. Then the symbols appear, slowly rotating, and the clock starts counting down. Study each symbol carefully, tap the three that fit the rule, and submit your answer. Get all three right to advance; make a mistake or run out of time and the round ends.

Each level consists of three rounds. Clear all three to progress to the next level, where the challenge intensifies. Symbols rotate faster, rule complexity increases, and higher levels introduce larger grids and distractor symbols that resemble valid choices but do not satisfy the rule.

The symbol set includes over twenty distinct geometric shapes — circles, triangles, diamonds, crescents, stars, waves, spirals, crosses, and more. Each symbol is defined by properties such as closed loops, stroke count, symmetry, curves, and intersecting lines. Rules test your ability to quickly classify symbols by these properties: "Has a closed loop," "Odd number of strokes," "Symmetric with curves," "No curves and no intersections," and many others drawn from a pool of twenty-five unique rules.
