This app worked really well when I first installed it but as of recent it has stopped working all together. Even if I'm on the same network as my router it asks me to connect, I can't sign in to do remote access for the same reason apparently and I'm just really disappointed that I have to uninstall this app. It really was helpful a lot of the time.
This app used to work but after the recent update, it no longer works. I can't login to my router because it says it's not supported, even though it worked before. Please fix this Netgear!
Can't log in or do anything. This has been a problem for months now apparently but the good people here at Netgear do not care. Trash app. Uninstalling for the 3rd time because this problem still hasn't been addressed.
Updated review: The app use to work flawlessly. Now it says my router is not supported. It can't even log me in. Says my router login is in correct. And can't enable remote access.
Used to work well, but like many others, I can't login or do anything at all with this version. Even other non Netgear apps will let me login and do what Genie used to do, so this appears to be broken.
The app can only access my Nighthawk router when the internet is functioning. I'm still connected to my router wirelessly and the internet goes down, I should be able to still control things like using the restart the router function. Ever since an update a few months ago that functionality has gone away and it's extremely frustrating. PLEASE FIX or this app is worthless

3.Improves the login flow – Skips the NETGEAR account login by default. The genie app now directly takes you to the dashboard without logging in. You can log in to your NETGEAR account for remote access from the dashboard.
