The Battle Born Mobile App provides remote monitoring, configuration, and optimization of Battle Born smart power systems equipped with Dragonfly IntelLigence technology. Version 2.0 adds a modern interface, improved performance, and broader integration across Battle Born and Wakespeed components within the system.

Customer service continues to drop the ball. Update broke all connections. I had previously set-up the hub system and then also the two batteries a single battery systems because the hub is so unreliable. None will connect now. I tried deleting a system and it can see the battery, but fails the firmware update and will not set-up the system. I am really disappointed I spent the extra to have supposedly good service and USA products, but my experience thus far does not reflect the extra cost.

UPDATE: Feb 2026: Manually re-installing my TWO BB batteries fixed my problem. Still flawed stats but stable. UPDATE: After the new UI upload, it's fancier but now less stable. System insights crashes. Can't see individual battery status. It has potential but crashes often, on multiple versions of Android. No history or charts. Too bad...UPDATE: New firmware was installed around Nov 23. The app appears to be more stable now.

App has many flaws: (1). It no longer shows the current draw in amps. It shows watts, which is less useful when you know your remaining battery capacity ik amps. (2) The SOC and remaining amp hours shows relate to one battery, not the bank of parallel batteries. (3) Readings are unstable, so I am not sure I can rely on it when dry camping with my RV. I hope the developers fix the many bugs amd flaws soon. This app is very frustrating and disappointing for such expensive batteries
