Brutal so far. Every time I go to use the benefits associated with my Visa they have changed companies. Always almost impossible to get reregistered. Last year reregistered with Dragon pass - now Visa Airport Companion but won't recognize my Visa. App says to contact Visa. Visa says to contact App. No support. Advised to contact Dragon pass in China or the UK. Almost like they don't want you to be able to use it.

Had a poor experience with Lounge access. Despite the Golden Gate Lounge at San Francisco Airport being listed as complimentary on the app, they refused entry, claiming they don’t accept Visa members.I ended up spending $100 on meals. The $120+ high annual fee for the credit card feels unjustifiable when lounge access is often denied or unavailable. The app is also difficult to use, with confusing directions & faulty maps. I’ll be cancelling both the card and lounge membership for better options
