SecureFileProTM provides a secure client file exchange, allowing preparers and their clients to exchange confidential tax documents securely and conveniently. Since it is a paperless document exchange, preparers spend less time printing, faxing, emailing, or mailing returns and other documents to clients when they need a copy.

A lot of old school tax preparers and accountants use this still. And they should stop! This is an outdated application is highly incompatible with most phones and computers, especially if you work for the government or have to have any Security on your computer or phone! I would not advise anyone to use secure file pro. And this is not a dig it's just complete honesty considering I review so many places monthly and have only said three times not to use a service or application.

The website no longer sends me email notifications when my vendor uploads new file. It used to do that. It's annoying there's no notifications. Also messages on the website do not include a timestamp - that is not helpful. I'm disabling this app.

I agree with Work2 Live. This software needs to come into the 21st century. The app doesn't even have biometric authentication.
