I took the free trial, cancelled it two days in advance after receiving a notice, so I did it officially, and a charge is now on my credit card for a full year's subscription. Not fair, not right, Customer service needs to deal with this - its obvious from others that have had the same issue and problem. I had to give some sort of a rating, I said "hated it" because of this hassle with the charge on my card.

This app is so incredibly frustrating! They have some very interesting looking programs to watch, but so far, everything ive tried to watch, just freezes for a split second, but does it over and over. Trying to watch any of their programs drives me absolutely nuts with the constant freezing and skipping. Luckily, im still in my 7 day free trial. I may try one or two more times, but i definitely wont buy if it doesnt get better.

So the first show I started there was no audio, had to read with subtitles, which isn't a big deal but annoying. After watch the next couple of shows it was fine, but doesn't show where you left off so you have to remember and find it. Now I'm getting glitches and unable to see the episode I'm on but the subtitles are on so I can see that. This streaming device app is really not okay. The shows/movies on here do look very interesting but am not able to watch them. Very frustrating, wish they fix
