Cannot change membership ---and account on site shows i was charged for 2 different memberships. Last payment would indicate that I have membership allowing offline downloads, but it won't let me. ALSO--have emailed them THREE times now and their "we'll get back to you in 24 hours" message has been BS!!! Been a loyal Dramafever member and would expect better service!
I love the shows but... So I got this app a few days ago and it's great it has good shows. I even got their beat plan for 9.99 but after I downloaded a few episodes to watch offline, it didn't work. Why because samsung devices running on Lollipop (Android 5.0) and above will not won't for offline viewing. That was the whole point in getting the bigger package. I will still use this app but will downgrade to a lower plan until they fix this issue. And if they do I will redo my review but until then I'm disappointe.
I love what they have made here. The best part is choosing that I want the sub cc to be. Sadly the lag sucks, and needs to be worked on. It kills the mood real fast when something take forever to play. If possible I would love to see this on the PlayStation 3 soonish. Bigger screen will be nice. Until then I will save my money.
So the first two episodes are free, but then the rest you must pay to become a premium memeber to watch. To be honest I am unistalling this app. Waste of time downloading. Only downloaded this because I'm not on my laptop all the time, but if I have to pay to watch then I can wait until I get home to watch on another site that watch for free. Bye 💩
Saved video not working I have downloaded 4 episodes of a show and after 10 seconds it gives me an error. It is almost unwatchable on roku. The subs lag so far behind. Been like this since I first put the app on my roku. Mobil works well, but you can't download onto a Samsung pad. I guess DF has a thing for Apple. Netflix and Amazon prime let you download so it's no big deal. It would be a great app if it worked on roku.
I love DramaFever, l watch every day. HOWEVER.....someone else's user name and email is on my profile picture and I am unable to get it off my computer. I contacted the person whose email shows on my account and they have the same problem: my profile pic on their account. Many attempts to resolve through DF support for months, receiving only the standard reply "we will get back to you'. This is ridiculous.
