Extremely disappointing experience with Dream11. After the toss and lineup announcement, the app becomes almost unusable during team selection. It lags badly, players often fail to get selected, and I miss deadlines, resulting in unfair money loss. This started after I purchased the ad-free version, which is completely unacceptable. Paying for a premium experience and getting worse performance is frustrating. Their 24/7 customer support is also useless.

Terrible experience with Dream11. Right after the toss and lineup announcements, the app slows down drastically or completely freezes during player selection. Because of this severe lag, it takes too long to select players—sometimes they don't register at all—causing me to miss crucial deadlines. It is incredibly frustrating, and to make matters worse, their 24/7 customer support is completely unresponsive.

It's just a waste of time.. I join the contests after watching the videos, but once the lineups are announced, i can't edit any of our teams. The entire available time after the toss gets wasted because it keeps showing 'Something went wrong...Please try again....Even reloading the page doesn't help. Nearly the whole 30 minutes pass like this, & I'm unable to edit a single team.The worst part is that i have already joined the contests after watching the videos..This is extremely disappointing...
