This is the Sunderfolk™ Controller companion app. It requires the full Sunderfolk game, now available on your favorite console or PC! This app will not provide the game experience on its own!

Sunderfolk is a new turn-based tactical RPG adventure built with a couch co-op experience in mind. Inspired by gathering around a table and role-playing with friends, up to four players can adventure through the magical and dangerous Sunderlands together in the same room or virtually.

This app transforms your phone or tablet into your Sunderfolk controller, hand of cards, rule book, inventory, and more. With the free Sunderfolk controller app, all you and your friends need is in-hand.

Ratings and reviews

It's so fun!!! The characters are very endearing, the moves are really fun and creative, the story is easy to follow, the missions are really team play focused and do require thought and strategy, and it's SO CUTE OMG. Highly recommend. You can also play multiple characters or switch between roles so it's easy to pick up games with multiple people, swap in new players, and try new roles

When the app is working, it works quite well as a controller. A few less-than-intuitive quirks, but overall pretty good. Problem is, the "when" part of "when the app is working" is REALLY hit or miss. My wife and I spend nearly as much time trying to reconnect after our phones drop connection as we do actually playing, which is really soiling our play experience. If they can sort out the bugs, this is a 5★ app.

It was working fine at first before the update, but then in starting kicking P1 out (I think it's because I tried to join, but closed the app so he could be P1, then I rejoined.) We got it working fine, but then it kicked P1 again. We couldn't get the game working then even after everyone quit out. Both P1 and I were labeled as P3, but his game told him he was P0 somehow. Great game, but this needs fixed.
