INSTRUCTIONS, PLEASE! I've been trying to get rid of these most annoying bars that refuse to go away, especially from the B&W classic movies on YouTube. I'd give this 4 or 5 stars if it helped, but where are the HOW-TO instructions, please?
Great for privacy. Read Using root mode it works perfectly. Use it when you need total privacy with no visible notifications at all. As a bonus it disables change apps list and that is great. Using normal mode should have a preference to not hide system bar, just the notification bar. Not so great without root and the mentioned option
Home button doesn't work? You didn't mention that. GMD is the only one that works without root that only disables the keyboard. But for Samsung devices there's a red glow at the bottom of the screen where the navbar would be. Looks like I'm not getting any full screen until I root, then.
Tried the rest, this is the best!. At last one that actually works. FORGET THE ABOVE COMMENT. A month after I installed it the devs have put a watermark on my screen which can only be removed buy purchasing points. DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP
Finally could get rid of that annoying navigation bar! This app will make it possible to remove the big navigation bar on the bottom of your screen. however, you cant use your keyboard while the bar is off, but you can simply enable the bar again, use the keyboard, and disable the bar!
WHY ANDROID DOESN'T HAVE THIS? Specially helpful in tablets. Annoying that you have to do a swipe-down from the notification bar and let the systems bar reappear before you can use the keyboard, but thats ok. Some widgets are locked in place. Guess somethings got to give. Still ok though.
For Immersive Mode in Android 4.4 and above, add setting for button disappear time. During this time the keyboard is enabled.
