Constantly having crashing issues or that it is offline and therefore not able to make any sort of payments of transfers. This has been going on for more than two years...

Guyyssssss! I can't open my slydepay app anymore. I haven't been able to move my stuff over to the new app. Please helpppp

Hello Kwame, thank you for this wonderful rating. Is your linked MTN wallet the same as your Slydepay user number? To limit fraud on Slydepay, your Slydepay number must be the same number as the mobile money wallet you want to link. Slydepay has been having issues with allowing debit and credit cards to be used on their app and i have contacted them several times and the keep saying they are working on it and this has been going on since October 2022 and still to this day issue exists and especially with with cards that are international cards and i feel that they are never going to fix the issue they keep telling me the same thing so it you want to send money i would look at other apps to do so.
