Taking debit is convenient. I lost sales before I had this, because I couldn't take debit. So I'll give it that. However, the app malfunctioned last week while I was at an event, and I'm out money. Several other vendors I know, a few of whom invested in this program because I raved about it, are out money, too. A call to the "24 hour" help line STILL has not resulted in a call back, and the reply to my email was vague at best. So I may go back to my other payment processor (or find something new) to make sure I actually get paid.
Was very excited to use this system. Has been a nightmare. Hard resets Uninstal re install. Phone customer service several times. Now waiting for a call back. Thank goodness I haven't brought it out in front of a customer. Only upside so far is customer support has been good but I'm tired of having to phone.
Totally unreliable app. Make sure you have another back up payments process. We use Square as back up but sadly it does not do debit.
Always telling me I'm signed in another device plus it wants to upgrade in the middle of a payment
Machine stopped working in less than a month of having it. App constantly had connectivity issues. Not a great or reliable investment for small businesses.
Very convenient for accepting payments. Pos software not as good as square but the ability to take debit makes it better in my opinion.
