This webpage has always appealed to me. Much more dependable and with better customer care than the majority of those strange international shipping websites. The app is simple to use and functions similarly to the website. Because return postage is not worth it to them, if items arrive broken, they will refund or replace based on a photo of proof. All you need is a picture depicting the issue, which is completely understandable.

I participated in a draw and spent the money. But the slot's are not filled. (Almost time the slots are not filled) I didn't get my money back to my bank account! The main thing is customer service is worst. The replay is 3 days after I sent the message And they don't say anything out of politeness. The app is waste of time and money..

You will win if you have luck🤞, and you will get the product. Maybe you need some follow up for the same. The product will looks like genuine from the packing and all but you can't claim it's warranty because you won't get any invoice for the product. A genuine product definitely needs an invoice copy along with it, which is missing here.
