update: I emailed them as requested below, and they were very friendly and quick to resolve the issue for me. as for the product, it seems to work fine. unfortunately I didnt find my own pen, as it never appeared, but I am unsure if it had a Bluetooth now and simply googled if the one that came with my phone had the feature or not. old: charged me for a week subscription the same day I started a FREE 3 day trial.

Love your app thank you. I'm trouble getting a personal device screen to open for 'hotter colder'.. unfortunately the devices I'm looking for our air tags up in my dash that I can't seem to locate. I have to point out that I think it's the most accurate app out there! Takes you right to the item(s), it almost fell off my seat when I set the phone down..was shocked to find 1 tag under my passenger seat, 2 left. just need Dash off to access the BT Device I'm searching for. Thank you for your app.

Gives a good reading of signal strength, it works, 😃! When first starting the app, you can close the 3 day trial/subscription page; in the top left corner, hard to see, but there's an ☒ there to close that screen and start using the App without a subscription. To the dev: Maybe make the ☒ a bit easier to find (or a "close " button)? It feels a bit predatory to make it LOOK LIKE we have to get the trial when we could be in a panic to find an item or don't know better, you don't think so?
