I booked for an appointment, I paid for it but the doctor never showed up and at my request for a refund the customer service just refused without explanation.After 1 week no refund at all. Not a serious app. Today 6/26/23 I confirm no refund at all for a consultation that, I repeat, I never had. Hey, I am tired to answer to your lies. The facts are those I exposed, period.
