I love you guys and I love this app and the WordPress plugin. I can't thank you enough, although please add a feature of manual notification tones as Aurelien China pointed out. Again I love you guys.

Switching tabs is not sleek, you'll have to click or tap on tabs before you can navigate from away from assigned to me tab and another. Unlike other apps where you'll swipe left of right depending on the tab you want to switch to. Also, I get email notifications faster than the app notification and finally, there's no option to set or configure notification sounds and vibration.

Really wish the notification sound was different. It's really short and quiet. I've missed chat notifications several times. I hope you guys change the sound or allow the user to change it in the future.

Hey there - we actually just updated the notification sound to be louder to make sure it comes through. Are you hearing no sound at all yet you have sounds turned on in the app? Hey Adelodun - Really sorry about the frustration.
Couple things...1 - we're going to add the swiping back and it'll be in one of the next few updates. 2 - We're looking at the way we send notifications in the next few weeks so this shouldn't be an issue soon. 3 - Good point on controlling notifications. We'll take a look at that too! Really wish the notification sound was different. It's really short and quiet. I've missed chat notifications several times. I hope you guys change the sound or allow the user to change it in the future.

Hey Kriss - we've updated the sound in our next release (and will also allow you to change it). Let us know how it goes! I'm frustrated that I do not have access to the email addresses of my contacts from my phone. I spent 30 minutes trying to send a follow-up email to someone that reached out to me on Drift. I had to speak to customer service, who told me the email address is neither in the mobile app, nor in the generated email sent by Drift. The only place to find it is on the website.

Hey Daniel - I'm sorry for the confusion. When you created your account, in place of your company name an email address was used, so your Drift inbox was named that email address, which is what you saw (not the same as your account email). When we talked over chat, I went in and changed that to your company name. Apologies again. I love Drift but the app needs work. Firstly, I don't get notifications most times and even when I do, the sound of the beep is too soft. Please fix these!

Bummer to hear that - we're always looking to improve. Any specific things we can work on? New update does not allow for turning Drift on or off anymore w the mobile app? Update: why I love Drift...Fast support and even updated new Android build squashing the previous bug...Thanks team!

Hey Aaron! Sorry about that. Good catch. We've fixed this bug and it'll be working again in the new release that's going out within the next few minutes, if not already available for you. Drift is an amazing service all around, so much it's no surprise that their mobile client would match. Modern, material and able to turn on do not disturb mode makes this one of the best services if you plan to respond to chats a lot on your phone phone.
