Wonderful app! Simple, but powerful. Very intuitive. Has all the features I want. Amazing app for weightlifting who stick to the core compound iron exercises!
Favourite for recording weights I recommend this app. Two possible improvements: the ability to export workout history as a .csv file or something, and the ability to compare repetitions ie graph projected 1rm over time with 35kg x 5reps vs 30kg x 20reps etc
Simple, easy to use, effective. The first 3 weeks of 5×5 for me I tried to mentally track my weights but my lifting partener always messed me up with his numbers which started to jump around a lot so this app appealed to me to do exactly what it does, tracks your 5×5 workouts. Extremely simple, very easy to use, does exactly as it says.
Simple and clutter free Good, simple, clutter free and an efficient solution to do the intended job
The interface requires some intuition, but this is a fantastic tool for recording workouts in the style of 5x5. Good flexibility with just the relevant info, not a bunch of superfluous noise like other trackers. Expects you to know your own workouts, which makes for a great app if you're not an idiot. Style, features, and charts are beautiful and elegantly designed. Perfect for free weight routines.
Simple and easy to use This is an excellent workout tracker if you're doing Starting Strength or Strong Lifts. The layout is uncluttered and it's easy to record your numbers. You can also include notes for future reference (maybe your hips were popping up first on that last squat...) and view your exercise history to see how much you've progressed.
