Have tried 4-5 times to initiate a charge at multiple locations, always fail to start and have to use a credit card (and not get the discount for using the app). I've never gotten a confirmation email despite resending it multiple times, and when trying to charge without login I'm told that I have suspected fraud and am blocked. Applegreen doesn't have any interoperability agreements either, so this app is useless.

I'm not entirely sure what the point of this app is. I signed up, added all the required payment details, and then it proceeded to say "session rejected by charger" multiple times on several different chargers. I eventually just gave up and used the credit card reader on the charger. Have you even tested this?

So far, so good. I will push to 5 stars if the experience remains consistent. I see some complaints about not being able to start the charger from the app, but in 5 visits, I've yet to have that problem and hopefully never will. Likely fixed through an update. I love the all day rate of $0.35/kwh for using the app (we'll have to wait and see how long that lasts š) and I also love that it doesn't require you to deposit money into a spend account ahead of time like Electrify America. šš½šš½šŖš½
