When you sign up for a free Francis Energy account, you can use the app to:
• Check the availability of chargers in real-time
• See charger details and save your favorite charging locations
• Start and stop your charging session from your phone
• View live charging information while you take a break from the road
• See your charging history and view statements
Francis Energy’s DC fast charging stations support all CCS (SAE Combo) and CHAdeMo compatible EVs. You can also use the app to find Level 2 chargers (with J1772 connectors)
You can charge almost all electric vehicles on the road with us from manufacturers including:

I should not have to create an account and pay via app for your services. 4/17/25 edit, this is by far the most convoluted charging out there. Just give me a place to tap my card, please simplify the process of charging. Go to an Electrify America and look at their stations, it doesn't take 10 mins to get a charge started.

So far app Is useless for signing up the App just gives you an error. No customer help with app. Company won't save credit card so Can't use the phone to tap and pay. The only way to charge so far is to scan the QR code at the station and open the app. Then do a guest payment This company has a fast charger 200 yd from my House location great convenience not great

This app was suggested to me by the rental car company I rented an EV from. I could not create an account on the app despite giving them far more personal information than any reasonable person should be comfortable with giving. Charging stations don't work without using the app. Card readers on the charging stations either don't work or say "cash only" but no place to feed cash into the machines. Going to the website via QR codes didn't work either. This company has to be a scam.
