Ratings and reviews

Update Evgo app doesn't allow you to stop the charge from your phone. The touch screen malfunctions at various locations but cx svc picks up quickyand getd me on my way. Both ChaDemos on the West side are infamous for having to call customer service to stop charging. Evgo chargers cost more up front than other stations and are slower. I often have to plug in and disconnect then try again because it couldn't connect the first time.

Pretty good features, i have good experience with autocharge and checking-in in general.. The ugly is even with notifications within the app disabled, you still receive marketing notifications and other useless noise. Im not changing my car any more or any less with marketing drivel, but it does make me think less of EVgo.

feedback. using the app is a little confusing and clunky. you have to navigate through too many screens and steps to hit the button to start the charge. that should be simpler. also when a charger is broken or offline for some reason, you should remove it from the map. it looks like it's in use instead of completely down. that's annoying when you get to a charger expect to use it and can not. now you're way out of your way.
