Has the cheek to suggest that your device is somehow inferior without Drippler? That you can attain perfection if you use Drippler! Almost amusing. Would prefer and be possibly interested, if you offered a one time payment instead of monthly subscription for no ads. Also the news feed doesn't seem up to date. Otherwise nice app. Pixel 1 XL.
This is easily one of my favorite apps in Android. It keeps me all up to date on my phone. 1/16/18 I am updating my review because sadly this app had gone down hill in the 5 plus years I've used it. Forcing users to pay a subscription price to remove ads versus paying one flat fee is not worth it. And the articles are not nearly as useful and tailored to a user's device as they used to be.
I used to love this. But it finally wore me down. 1 day into the new year and we already get a list of the best apps for the year? Really? And half of those look an awful lot like last year's list. I see list after list of "best"that are almost identical, and a lot of times there are apps rated 3.8 or lower. I've had enough!
I wasn't that impressed. Im sure there are a lot of people who find it useful, but it just didnt speak to me. I dig deep and explore all my options, but Drippler just... dripped. If you like being told about basics and you dont care to search forums, etc... Then this app is for you. I just explore a lot, so after about a week, I decided to uninstall.
It seems obvious to me that the apps pay Drippler and this payment influences the recommendations and information provided to us. I mean, I get it, we all need to get paid, just understand this and keep it in mind. It's my opinion that you should take the information Drippler spins with "a grain of salt."
