I found driver roadside online it seemed promising and professional when they show me the ETA for them to pick me up was 45 minutes I paid for the service. After purchase it updated to 6 hours and 45 minutes. It is a scam do not fall for it. you won't get your money back. if you cancel they will still charge you $45 in addition to the money you have already paid for pickup. I'm saying this to help anyone who wants to know how this app or the browser operates.

I did not use the app, I used the online website. I had no problems. Yes, they got my credit card before the service, however, when I called customer service, they answered, were professional, and had me in their system in minutes. The service technician came in less time their website stated, they came in 20 minutes and had me up and running in less than 5 minutes. I couldn't have ask while in the cold at 11pm at night any better of a service. The website (TrustPilot) has all the real reviews.

Great service, great people, delivered results, just the best experience! I was in urgent need, it was a freezing cold winter day, my car won't start and everyone I tried were overflodded and couldn't take more calls. I thought i'd give roadside assistance a try. I set up appointment online, check on status online, i called them as well to make sure, and they called me when they got to my house. Jump-start my car and one happy customer later 😊 Great Job and Thank You!
