I have used this app for about 3 years now and it is still complete trash. Constantly being updated and it's still one of the most buggy app experiences known to man. Support team is a joke - they will respond because they are graded on their response time, but they don't do anything to actually help resolve an issue. I would rather chisel phone numbers and notes into a stone than use this app. Then I wouldnt have to force close the app 20 times to just send a text. Using Samsung Galaxy 24 Ultra

Its pretty. Otherwise there are several issues ranging from phantom follow up being generated by the system, to the need to restart the app every time you wish to conduct a new search for a customer, issues
