Recently while riding, my bikes front tyre got punctured and there were no local garages nearby. Immediately I took out my phone and booked a service through Drivojoy app. The mechanic reached me in 20 minutes and finished his job in just 15minutes. Wow! that was awesome. These guys are just amazing.
The team builds relationships with you. Got my bike serviced 4 times from them. The team is immensely responsible and transparent. They go beyond their role and definitely accomplish the needed. Hats off guys. U rock... Looking ahead for a prolonged relationship.
I called these guys for a punctured tyre. The mechanic came, took out the tyre and took it along with him to get it checked. Came back just 15 mins later and fixed it back. Told me that there wasn't any puncture and the tyre just needed air. Wow! Such honesty. You guys won my heart :)
I highly recommend Drivojoy to all the bikers out there. I know how much we love our bike and when we take it to the local garage for service, this guys treats it very badly and its really hurting. But with Drivojoy this is not the case. A professional bike mechanic comes to our doorstep and repairs our bike in front of us(100%transparency) and ensure that every thing is done well. I have booked service through drivojoy after getting service by drivojoy mechanic my self start stopped working before servicing it was working properly . The engine oil not replaced properly they put half litre engine oil instead of 1ltr after service I was went to the bajaj services they have shown me the level of engine oil which was below the marked line.Overall the mechanic was good in behavior did well other things. As I still believe on drivojoy that they are going to improve their services please ensure your mechanic does not cheat on basic thing which is easily recognizable. Booking another time to give one more chance to drivojoy if this time faces same issues then never going to book and recommend anyone.
Worst Service Ever expereinced... Waste full of mechanics they have. I ordered for full service but mechanic was nt at all ready to do anything. Instead he was degraning my bike. I said to Tuning atleast he refuse to do it. Simply they needs money to do advertise there brand. Bt beleive me its totally Wastefull of brand.
