The recent update of the app has been extremely disappointing. Despite several attempts, the new version consistently fails to process online payments, causing significant inconvenience. This issue has persisted for the past 3 to 4 months, making the app virtually unusable for essential transactions. It's frustrating to encounter such persistent problems, especially when relying on the app for essential services. I am inclined to rate this app even lower than one star.

Very slow app, takes a long time to move from one acreen to next. Making transactions via fastag way too slow. Second, after those transactions it just stays in that page for a long time without hiving any confirmation, we have to cancel the transaction and look for the confirmation in transaction history. The new UPI feature just keeps giving errors and never registers.

The design of the app is good but it has a fatal flaw - there is no linking of activity done in the app to distributors. For example if you pay for a cylinder online the distributor does not get an update. You still have to go to him show that you have paid and then he gives you a slip. Complete waste of time. So essentially the app is useless.
