I started the 30 days a few years ago and I bypassed like 50% of the time. I tried it with my current employer and I get it 75% of the time. But now these weigh in motion are coming up "pull in unless closed" and I've been running a lot of sc, nc, ga. And I feel like I'm wasting money. Also I thought they bypass for agriculture stations were bypassable. And I almost missed the ramp cause I heard the ding and know that sound means bypass. But I looked and it said no reefer loads. I was like F"#@K!!!!!
Was wondering if Arizona is on a list for drivewyze also how is it coming on that GPS fix the app still can't find me
Works but I definitely don't get as many bypass as I do with PrePass. We have 3 trucks that go back and forth from Florida to Alabama 5 times a day. Two have prepass, I use Drivewyze in mine. They ALWAYS get the bypass, I get it about 25% of the time. Uses a TON of battery because they have it set to constantly refresh your gps location instead of doing it at a set interval like most gps reliant apps do. Lastly, even when you "quit app" it reopens itself in the background immediately. Keeps ending all apps with the hotkey and you will notice this is always in it even if you repeatedly open your process list every few seconds. Bottom line, it works just ok but is a huge drain on your phone. I will use it until my trial ends but won't be subbing until the issues I listed are fixed. *UPDATE* Drivewyze called me stating that our csa score was the reason I am not getting to bypass. If that is the case, why do our other truckd that go through the same scales, the same amount of times a day, within 10-15 minutes of me each time, get the bypass almost everytime with their PrePass? I call bs. There is a reason that Prepass gets the bypass more, though I am not sure why, I am confident it has nothing to do with the driver/truck/company. They offered to extend my trial... No thanks. I have uninstalled with 3 weeks left in my trial. The occassional bypass each day when going through 15 sites a day isn't worth the battery drain.
When are you adding more north Carolina scales on 40?only have the wb Asheville scales so far.been that way for a long time
Works great but runs your battery down really fast if you leave the app running and it will mess up your phone battery if you keep your phone plugged in all the time cuz it will never be able to hold a change they should fix that problem but till they do I just open the app when I am like 4 to 5 miles from a weight station and close app afterwards. Which is a pain in the butt but hay the app works great and there working on getting all weight stations added. The only ones I have noticed so far that don't work is the little hole in the wall weight stations on alot of back roads. Which I use alot to save miles sense I am a owner operator and definitely need to save. Price is great 15.00 a month after 30 day free trial. Which save me time and fuel from having to stop in every weight station.
It gives green light 1mile before weight station before passing over weight plates on road and scanner. Is it normal ??
