Well everything works great until you have to register a card, tried with several of them and the app doesn't register. Not sure how anyone has made this work. No unknown error anymore, it just doesn't work period. My card works with this zip code on every other site, so I know it's nothing on my end.
App was a breeze to use. A couple hours after I ordered I received a phone call from a representative from Drizzly that my selection was out of stock and they gave me a few suggestions and substituted that selection with a good alternative. I will definitely order again.
Its bad enough that all of my cell phone contracts have required arbitration instead of promising to deal with any issues directly with the customer. Sometimes legal action is warranted. I can go out and get my own wine, not giving up any more rights for convenience.
!!TIP CASH! Driver Doesn't Keep His/Her Tip?! Used a buddy's app to order & tipped very well (over $20!) only to learn in reviews that the store keeps most, if not all of the tip? No way... The retailer already increases the price of goods to cover their cost to serve (fair enough, it is a convenience) but nowhere in the app is it stated in a convenient place, like checkout, that the tip is not necessarily going to the driver. If we use this service again, I'm giving a cash tip.
It's 630 pm and earliest delivery is tomorrow after 10am. Pointless.
Quick and fast in Congress Park in Denver. The plug when you already been drinking. 5 dollar for delivery priceless. Stay lit!
