Ratings and reviews

When it works, sure, it's great, drivers are nice, process is quick. It is expensive and you are charged every little thing they can think of to slap on. So, you go in hoping to get your faves or something new from a good brand and then the order is packed, ready, and, boom, cancelled a minute after it's packed. I got no phone call or text on this, just a vague email. If I don't get a refund, I will do a charge back as that's ridiculous especially since I tipped for work the driver never did.

Very expensive, if you can go get it yourself, definitely do that. But if transportation or mobility is an issue for you, as it was for me after my injury, then it's very much worth it. Very user friendly, no glitches, smooth and fast delivery. Great selection too.

Delivery was fast. App was great. Some images didn't load on the detail page despite showing as a thumbnail in the fuzzy search but no big deal Some suggestions: 1. I would like the ability to search products by store when buying multiple items from different stores. 2. Possibly suggest similar or the same items from another store within the same price range 3. Let users schedule repeat refills :)
