TLDR: I FREAKING love it, 6 other workout apps did not even come close to this one! The biggest issue I faced is the lack of motivation, and I now went consistently for a month straight. I never did this before.. The app is backed with science, you don't have to think about weight amount, reps, pauses, what workouts to do, how often to train. I always wanted to follow a precise system from a pro and I finally found it. I really believe this app needs to get more love than it currently receives.

In short: It's Awesome! I love the ease of use and the fact it lays out a gameplan for when you're at the gym. I don't specifically do the workouts in order a they are listed but I'll do a few dumbbell workouts together then a few cable together. Etc. It's easier that way since gyms you usually have to fight to get a spot. But I love how it will keep it challenging for you constantly and if it's too much you can switch to a deload for that workout.

I was intrigued by the scientific approach to personalized weight training with this app, but was really bothered by the interface and cost. The first time I used the app it showed that I worked out over the past 2 weeks (I didn't) and I was expecting a free month trial, but ended after 2 weeks, so I did not feel like I could fully evaluate it's potential despite a bug or two. Customer service was responsive. the website and emails were misleading about reduced pricing. app still in development?
